The first step is to plan and review details of the activity and make sure that themanager chooses is qualified to handle the task. The establish performance standards provide a support or back up person continue's to communication opportunities during the process. Managers should insist on updates from members initiate contact for further direction/support. Also,encourage different styles of task management,record performance and offer appropriate feedback allow for mistakes.It is always a great idea for organizations to have a plan when issues arise. It allows the company to function even when a person is unable to for whatever reason. Training is very important when it comes to company's it allows a assigned person to step up to the plate and the company never misses a beat and the company remains productive.In order to understand this question better I would say that I understand the delegation process as a way to give achieve a goal by having another person help you out so you needingto delegate what responsibilities you will give away starts this process because at the end you will be responsible for what every is turned in. A good outline process would be first: make clear your desired result, second: make a good selection on the person you are giving the task to, third: determine the level of delegation, fourth: clearly state expectation and determine theparameters, fifth: give or show the authority to match with the responsibility, sixth: provide a good base (background information), and last, seventh: good communication through the process(Mclntyre,n.d.).
