Artificial Intelligence within Project Management In project management, there are several issues, trends, and changes throughout the project field of discipline, but artificial intelligence seems to be the most relevant yet impactful trend. Patterns are discipline throughout the work field. It has the control for work that requires a set of rules and regulation in regards to a process within project management. Artificial intelligence is the future of project management. AI will improve the process, knowledge required to complete projects on time, and improve the quality of life for the project manager to help maintain his/her discipline to impact the discipline/control. Throughout project management, analysis is being done through an artificial intelligence screening. Not to mention, it puts together pieces of the past projects managed to see what parts of the achieved project will work and what will not be affected to complete a well-rounded plan. Before obtaining this kind of cautious knowledge of information, artificial intelligence can foresee projects projected future to the managers and the project team technicians. "AI, with its unique capability to monitor patterns, is a capable assistant to project managers." Most managers would use this as a tool to analyze the budget, risk involved, and hours the project will be completed. Preparing a plan that has already been predicted by an AI program and analyzes the data is one step forward to have a flawless project managed. (Schmelzer, 2019).“Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a term that’s been creating ripples ever          since it was first contrived in 1956. Because of it’s proven ability for helping             businesses prosper, many firms are tapping into its potential to automate          mundane tasks. Since then, it’s slowly spilling into every sphere, broadening          the scope of what was once deemed impossible”(Mohan 2018). Efficiency is          key for all projects large or small. Sudden changes can impact the planning of             different phases of the project. Artifitial intelligence can factor in all          budgeting, no matter how maticulouse a manager might be. This is handy for            all projects and their teams. Coupled with artificial intelligence analyzing the budget, risk, and technicians within the project, time is a valuable asset in the artificial intelligence realm. Artificial intelligence can make it possible to recognize a completed date or if the project is not on the schedule ahead of time. Time management is key to helping the project manager see patterns that human error will create during a plan, and these necessary details can benefit millions on a particular project. "An Accenture study revealed that managers of the frontline, i.e. the executive-level and the middle-level use up 54% of their time doing administrative activities. Though, when there will be AI, it will take only 25% of their time" (Vaghela, 2019). Artificial Intelligence is the Future for all Humans. Most professionals say the rise of artificial intelligence will make most people better off over the next decade within improving the quality of work or management of time, but manyhave concerns about how advances in artificial intelligence as it will affect what it means to be human, to be productive and to exercise possible free will" (Vaghela, 2019). Equally important, by improving the quality of life for the project manager can support the project by reducing the stress on the manager in itself. Artificial intelligence can cut most work in half by helping their management strategies. Moreover, AI helps the manager to be involved with the technicians while creating a personal relationship with their team. The comfortable work environment helps everyone be more productive when using programs and software to help with efficiency throughout the project being managed. All in all, most artificial intelligence programs today will lower the tedious work and save money on all projects that take more time. Understanding and acknowledging these artificial intelligence latest disciplines in the project management field will help the project managers to align with both new and existing business tactics. The multiple avenues to propose new innovative ideas and the utilization of new disciplines and trends for projects becoming even bigger within the project management field. “From this perspective, the current wave of AI technologies is enhancing managers’ ability to make predictions (such as identifying which job candidates will be most successful), and that the most valuable worker skills will continue to involve judgment (such as mentoring, providing emotional support, and taking ethical positions). Humans have more advanced judgment skills than computers, a state of affairs that will continue into the near future” (Kiron 2018).Like so many trends in project management, the location decisions and strategic managing are being significantly influenced, not only by advances but as stated above, Artificial intelligence. The future in project management will improve the process, knowledge required to complete projects on time, and improve the quality of the project manager to help maintain his or her discipline to impact the control over the field. As more companies continue to focus on their core competencies, artificial intelligence has changed the perspective on the quality of the company, while at the same time becoming more dependent on its user. The growth in AI, as well as cheaper labor and other incentives offered by this technology, also has impacted the affected decisions on where to branch out for new operations with artificial intelligence within project management ending up being very limitless today.
