Repeat the same steps for the next queries and reports, and follow the lab manual for formatting and specifics.Lecture 15Make to Stock vs. Make to Order:An example of a make to stock item would be a Toyota model car. The amount of stock is determined by forecasting. An example of a make to order item would be a Bugatti. These are cars that are not made until a specialized order is placed. Toyota Prius:In recent years the Toyota Prius had a problem with auto acceleration leading to runaway cars. The custom software that was used to develop the Prius’ system had not gone through enough testing (or had a lack of testing), which led to the glitch, which led to the problem. Software as a Service: SaaSWith current software as a service, there is no need to continuously buy new updates. The software continuously updates itself. Amdocs: The largest group in telecommunications. Lecture 16This lab will be due Sunday night. The first step is to customize “class enrollment.” Right click to enter design view. The see through boxes are labels and the non-see through boxes are data from the database. Right click the first name, click total, click count records. Create a label for it, click the Aa button and draw it to the left of “count” call it “students enrolled”Line up all the boxes so that when you look at the report in print preview it all looks neat. Create a Student Enrollment Query from design view, enter [Enter student ID #] for a popupLabel the individual student enrollment and create an extra column for credit hours. Label that too. Lecture 17There are a few specific things from the labs that will be found on the test:The Relationship Diagram has 2 tables. 1 primary key and the name of 2 primary keys. Student ID and Student. You need to know what a Primary Key identifies. There is a visual error between instructor assignments and classes. The problem is with instructor assignments. Know the dominant use of forms and queries.Popup “criteria” Sum= the mathematical function used for counting
