DreamsCurrent LectureSLEEP DISORDERS1) Sleepwalkinga. Performs wakeful activities while sleepingb. Can occur in Stage 3 or 4 sleep2) Klein-Levina. People sleep for days and days3) Restless leg syndromea. Tension in muscles, jittery, inability to relax during bedtimeb. Sometimes wake themselves upc. Sometimes kick their partner4) Night terrors (usually young kids)a. Suddenly awake in non REM sleepb. Extreme fear and panic, sometimes screaming and shrieksc. Go immediately back to sleepd.
