Adultery Statute – adultery is the living together and carnal intercourse with each other or habitual carnal intercourse with each other without living together of a man and woman when either is lawfully married to some other person.Fornication – same as adultery but no one needs to be married. Have to be living together and having sex or could be habitually having sex with each other for it to be a crime. Not a crime for a one night stand.Prostitution – direct someone or have reason to believe someone is engaging in prostitution (i.e. knowing your roommate does it) you have committed prostitution. Most frequent crime committed against morality and indecency.Use of a taxi for prostitution or a lude act – illegal to occupy or use a taxi for prostitution or lude act (i.e. hooking up in the backseat). So the taxi driver gets in trouble no matter what (for knowing where the person lives, transporting someone there, or it happening in his cab).Morality and indecency – taxi shall not transport persons with contagious diseases. Cant transport a dead body either by taxi – have to have a hearseBuggery – with mankind or with beast shall be guilty of a felony and will be sentenced for a minimum of 5 yearsBlacks law dictionary defines buggery as a carnal copulation against nature – a man or woman with a brute beast, a man with a man and a man unnaturally with a woman, does not include fellatio.
