People who are serving there sentence less then40% 2. People who are waiting for their court appearance WAITING! 60% People who have violate their term or probation. Waiting for a revelation herring.  People who are in protective custody  Mentally ill people- There are serpent places to put them all rapist from violent peolle different areas in the jail - Prison- run by a state and more than a
