Evaluate the needs andgoals of your partner as we go through each different section of the disciplines based on the needs of a 2-week physical activity plan to increase of maintain physical activity guidelines for your partner. For adults, 150 minutes of moderate workout or 75 minutes of vigorous workout, plus two days of weight training per week. Or increase the current workout by 20%.Access your partner’s need out of class and work on the project throughout the semester.
