Hypothalamus-Maintenance of hunger, thirst, temperature, will not instantly tell you that you are full when eating, causing to overeat C. Hippocampus- Memory process, where memories go and begin to process when asleep, alcohol prevents hippocampus from entering R.E.M sleep and make memories from the day much harder to remember. -Does not fully develop or reach maturity till age three, not enough brain structure to remember childhood memories.
