Hepatitis is the condition in which by excessive use of prescription medication and recreational drugs, shut down the liver. Hep. A is caused by oral/fecal contamination, B is transmitted via blood/body fluids, C is the most common.-Cirrhosis - Chronic liver damage from smoking and drinking, causing scarring on the liver by fibrous tissue, irreversible.-Cancer - Cancer that starts in the cells of the liverThese notes represent a detailed interpretation of the professor’s lecture.
