We will strive to provide the best quality scooter for the most affordable price. We know that college kids are short on money, so we specifically designed the prices towards college kids.Description:We are a partnership. We will become the official affiliate for UT scooters on campus. What better way for you to show your UT school spirit then with a UT inspired scooter. We will have two scooters. One being a cheaper version that Is very compact, and the other being higher end and something a child would want for Christmas. WE plan on having these available in grocery stores, the Vol shop, local sporting stores, as well as online. It will appeal to the college crowd and also younger kidswho like scooters and their Tennessee Volunteers. Located in Knoxville, TN.Competition:There is really only one major competitor which is razor scooters. They are an older company known for making a good value scooter. However, they don’t have the patent for the color of UT as well as for the Power T, which gives us a very big advantage in the collegiate market. However, razor has advantages over us since it is well known throughout the United States.Marketing:We plan on targeting college students as well as Ut vol fans of all ages. All ages, genders and geographic locations apply here due to vol fans being around the nation. “The official transportation of the Tennessee Volunteers”. Also, the competition can’t offer what we have since we are the only company that can supply UT scooters.Management:We will need 3 managers, one in marketing, one in the office, and one in our factory. We will need 10 people in our office, 5 people on the marketing team, and 100 employees to run the factory. This all together will cover roughly 70% of our budget.Budget:20% management30% Manufacturing20% marketing30% employee compensation Goals:We will seek to make $300,000 after our first year as total profit.
