The TA will lead discussions on select topics taken from lecture + reader. There will also be some discussion on select articles from the primary literature. Please visit the course website for updates. * 2 Grading Policy: • Attendance is mandatory for both the lectures and the discussion sections. • Each person is responsible for turning their own work. Students can not have their friends turn in the assignments. • All written assignments must be typed and printed legibly. • There will be no make up exams or assignments. If you know that you can not take one of the exams then you should not take this course. • Late assignments will be penalized 10% per day late. • All requests for re-grades must be made in writing within one week after the assignment has been returned. Simple errors such as miscalculating points do not require written requests. • Plagiarism is unacceptable. You are responsible for turning in your own work. • You may bring one 3” x 5 “ note card with you to each exam.
