LAB 0 1 ECE 250 ECE 250 Lab 1 PSpice and Agilent Software You will work individually on this lab. For the remaining labs, you will work in pairs. I. Introduction to PSpice • Follow sections 1.A through 1.J.1 of the PSpice manual. Turn in a printout of the schematic you obtain at the end of section 1.J.1. • Follow section 2, pages 93 to 141. The circuit for this section is available on the ECE250 Lab website. Print out probe graphs from the following pages: o Top of page 105. o Top of page 113. o Top of page 117 o Bottom of page 121 o End of section 2.F o End of section 2.H o End of page 141. 2. Installation of Agilent Software • Go to my website (http://www.rose-hulman.edu/~herniter/Software/Intuilink/Intuilink.htm) and follow the instructions to install the Agilent software. • Run Agilent IntuiLink\54600\Samples\Scope Control Sample Application from the Windows Start menu: You should see the window below:• In the above window¸ select Instrument and then Search and Set I/O from the menus. • Select the Search button and find your scope. Add it and click OK. • You can now use the camera button to capture the scope screen. You can now paste the screen capture intro your favorite drawing utility and print it. Obtain a screen capture of the waveform below. You will need to connect the signal generator to the scope and set the instruments to appropriate settings. Click here to capture the scope screen.• Use MS Word to resize annotate your screen capture as shown. • Print your screen capture and include it with the PSpice documentation that you turn in with this lab.
