Many students find they spend at least 10 hours per week outside of the classroom studying for CHM 2212. I suggest the following methods that many successful students tend to employ: 1) Attend every lecture and recitation.2) Try to read the next few sections of the text we are to cover before lecture.3) Diligently work most if not all of the problems I suggest in the text; these should be done well before the night before a quiz!4) Come prepared to ask questions at recitation.5) Study in 1-2 hours increments frequently, instead of infrequent marathon sessions.Online Help: I am available for online help frequently. The way to do so is via AOL's Instant Messenger service. My screen name is "CHM2211". If you want to check and see whether I am likely in my office or at a meeting, etc., check my online date book here: http://www.icalx.com/html/bausch/day.php?cal=Work------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------3Course Goal:To further your unde rstan d ing of the fundamentals of organic chemistry.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Note: It is the policy of Villanova University to make reasonable academic accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.
