Instructor will provide details regarding exam content.- Laboratory (30%): Details on lab assignments will be covered in separate handouts.- Assigned Homework Problems (10%): Homework will be assigned and collected but not graded. A solutions manual is held on reserve at the Cascade Library. Homework assignments will be due on theday announced in class.- Letter grades will be assigned as follows:A = 100 to 90 % B = 89 to 80 % C = 79 to 65 % D = 64 to 55 % F = 54 % or lower- To receive a Pass in the course a grade of C or better must be earned. To receive a Pass/Fail grade the instructor must be notified shortly after first mid-term.Attendance & Make-up Policy:Please notify the instructor by phone if you plan to be absent. With prior notice, arrangements may be made to reschedule exams, answer questions, etc.Note: If you plan on missing an examination, the instructor must be notified at least one week in advance of examination. Any make-up exam request without appropriate notice will be subject to a 10% penalty. Students may only make-up 1 exam during the term. All additional missed exams willbe marked as zero points. No exceptions!Students may make up lab assignments, with instructor approval, by attending the alternate lab section.Instructional ADA Statement:If you require specific instructional accommodations, please notify me early in the course.
