Logistics for end-of-semester lunch The aim of the final report is to build upon the two previous assignments by applying general insights and drilling down to specific regions, countries, and programs.  You are asked to develop an integrated set of policy recommendations designed to strengthenpolicy recommendations designed to strengthen the work of democratic governance advisors.  The report should focus on strengthening ONE of the topics in democratic governance covered in classes 13-19 and apply these insights to provide recommendations in ONE of the countries in your region. #1 Assessment of regional priorities#2 Identify effective policy options onpolicy options on one priority area#3 Country implementation Detailed individual comments on Monday Overall a major improvement on #1◦ More professional presentation◦ Clearer grasp of issues◦More selective use of key charts/dataMore selective use of key charts/data◦ Progressive editing process◦ Builds and applies skills◦ BUT… Give far more support for your arguments  Integrate the research literature from the recommended readings derived from the leading published research in academic journals and peer-reviewed sources.  Use the syllabus reading list as a starting point! Integrate evaluative evidence When you identify a case study of best practice, demonstrate yy yp,effectiveness, describe outcome not just processes. What was done? What difference did it make?
