Use the artifact templates provided along with the guidelines. For this assignment, all your artifacts should be in draft version for Rebaselined Development Commitment Package (RDCP) version. All applicable feedbacks and comments received from clients, IIV&V, QFP, and teaching staffs should be incorporated. Based on the current status of your project (team size, personnel, project knowledge, etc.), certain aspects of the project will need to be assessed and reevaluated. This may result in changes to the concepts, requirements, and designs which will affect the rest of the project-related activities (feasibility analysis, planning, etc.). The Draft Rebaselined Development Commitment Package needs to reflect these changes to be reviewed at the RDCR ARB. The following documents are to be submitted: - Operational Concept Description (OCD) - System and Software Requirements Definition (SSRD) - System and Software Architecture Description (SSAD) + UML - Life Cycle Plan (LCP) - Feasibility Evidence Description (FED) - Supporting Information Document (SID) - Quality Management Plan (QMP) - Test Plan and Cases (TPC) - Transition Plan (TP) - Iteration Plan (IP) Exit Criteria for OCD Update to reflect any changes in the conceptual aspects of the project. Exit Criteria for SSRDUpdate to reflect any requirement changes. Exit Criteria for SSAD + UML Update to reflect any design changes based on changes made in OCD and SSRD. Exit Criteria for LCP Update to reflect any changes in planning. - Updated COCOMO estimation - Identify major milestones - Complete plan for 577b Exit Criteria for FED Update to reflect any changes in the feasibility analysis. - Risk assessment - Feasibility analysis based on all changes made Exit Criteria for SID Update to reflect any changes in all other artifacts including traceability with test cases. Exit Criteria for QMP Update to reflect any changes in quality management. Exit Criteria for TPC Identify all critical scenarios (test identifiers) for testing. The details for each test identifier may be in draft version, but should be sufficient to explain how testing will be done. This includes the capabilities/functionalities for each critical scenario and specific inputs and expected outputs to test those capabilities. Exit Criteria for TP Update to reflect any changes in transitioning. Exit Criteria for IP Complete the following: - Detailed plan for the first iteration. - Draft plan for the second iteration. For all the required sections of each document, make sure you submit only the information required for the Foundations phase. For more information, refer to the completion criteria for each document in the Instructional ICM-SW Electronic Process Guide (ICM EPG). You are also free to tailor the document to better fit your project; however, any changes need to be justified. If you think that a section does not fit your project, you must include a rationale describing why you think it is not applicable in SID section
