Sociology 358 Spring 1989EXAMPLE QUESTIONNAIREThis information is being collected as an example for questionnaire construction in this class. I am actuallyinterested in students' answers to the questions, but this is NOT part of any larger research project, and the onlything that will be done with this information is to construct a class example. Please comment on thequestionnaire or on the back if any question seems confusing or biased or if you need to explain an answer. Iwould like your cooperation so that we can have a worthwhile example, but you may refuse to answer any or allquestions. This is anonymous.
