C O U RSE O BJE C T I V ES At the end of this course, the student should be able to: 1. Recognize the relationship between spiritual and corporate disciplines, spiritual formation and the core competencies of the missional leader. 2. Identify the unique role of the local church in leadership formation. 3. Articulate a missions philosophy and praxis founded on the principles of the Indigenous Church 4. Explain the unique contribution of Pentecostal missiology to leadership development theory and practice and its understanding of the role of the Holy Spirit in the missionary task. 5.
