Sentence Structure and Variety Check: (micro perspective)Student makes sure every type of sentence has been used (simple, compound, compound complex), so the writing is interesting. The paragraph is copied onto a blank page. The paragraph is broken down into a numbered list. List is analyzed for logical flow of ideas and for gaps in the flow of ideas. Revise and put back into paragraph form. Replace new and improved paragraph over original paragraph. Do again to another body paragraph.6. Grammar and Mechanics Checklist: Student selects a body paragraph.
