For legal reasons, such a decision needs to be based upon quantifiable considerations. Your have recently been given loan records on past workout attempts of your bank to assist in your decision. Armed with your borrower’s information, the loan records kept by your bank, and an array of mathematical and computer tools, you are to make a professional oral PowerPoint presentation to decide whether to attempt a workout for your team’s borrower. Below you will find a list of guidelines to assist you in designing and preparing your final report. These guidelines should be treated as such, and should NOT be viewed as a template for designing your presentation. Blindly following the guidelines below will NOT guarantee a high grade on your presentation. Your team’s presentation is to be original in its design and will ultimately be evaluated on its:- Preparedness & Organization- Demonstrated understanding of the problem and the mathematics of the solution- Correct interpretation of the mathematical results as it relates to the project- Demonstrated understanding of the data given to your team- Demonstrated understanding of the impact of changes in the parameters of the project - The extent to which your team explores the project beyond the class projectThings to think about as you design your presentation:- Presentation  Must be in PowerPoint 8-10 minutes to discuss your team’s particular findings and final recommendation. 5-7 minutes for questions about the project and your final decision Introduce team members State the bank you represent Borrower’s information:- Team’s analysis (what steps you took to reach a decision)o Define all events and random variables to be usedo Show the major steps used in solving the project, but don’t dwell on the minor details. Descriptions of calculations can be left to the written report.o Major steps of the project include (but are not limited to):     XEFPSP and  Type of Loan being considered  Years of Entrepreneurial Experience Full loan Amount  Education Level Foreclosure Amount  Current Economic Conditions Default Amount  current status of the loan     CTYZEZEZE ,, DCOUNT  Independence yielding    FCTYPSCTYP | and |  Bayes’ Theorem yielding  ZE Recalculation of project using Y (“6, 7, or 8 years”)  Finding  ZE Recalculation of project using Y (“5, 6, 7, 8, or 9 years”) Finding  ZEo Conclusion is drawn (Final answer of “Work Out or Foreclose.”)- Extended analysis of the project beyond that of the class project Adjustments to all the parameters of the project and their impacts on your decision- Does this change your team’s decision? Additional outside research (this is for your team to decide)- Team Preparedness & Organization o Responsibilities and roles are clearly evident and well-defined from presentationo The extent to which your team relies on cues from slides or notecardso Involvement in the presentation is relevant and equally distributed within teamo Presentation is well-rehearsed and practicedo Ideas and content are presented in a clear and logical ordero ALL team members are dressed professionallyo ALL team members are ON TIME and presento Presentation is polished, well-organized, and originalo PowerPoint presentation is used effectively and easy to followo Ability of team members to answer questions posed to them Questions may be posed to individual team members. Once a team member has answered a question, that person cannot answer any further questions. Once all questionshave been asked, any team members may go back and clarify any of the answers that were given to prior questionso Questions about mathematical and/or Excel computations should be correctly and clearly explained by any one team member- The following items should be brought with you the day your team makes its final oral reporto TWO COPIES of your PowerPoint slides 1 copy to turn-in (4-6 slides per page) 1 copy in case of computer problems (1 slide per
