Most of the lessons were interesting, quick (30 minutes) and I got to see what other teachers were doing in their classes.MALISA SAYASYThe best staff development I experienced was when our staff members went to an outdoor development. We went to Old Sacramento and had a team bonding activity. We had to go out of comfort zones and associate with other staff members that we normally wouldn't. The worst staff development was when the Science department went to a newly adopted book's training. The presentors were not prepared and the online textbook had errors on it.
