Stephanie Hsu 6.111 Final Project Abstract Fall 2006 Writing Recognition Similar to current writing recognition tools found in PDAs and other mobile devices, the project aims to decipher text and numbers sketched by the movement of a mouse. The result is printed onto the screen. The recognition algorithm to be implemented will depend partly on identifying how the mouse is being moved as a means of deciding which character is being written. The user interface will allow the user to select from possible characters as well as the ability to delete characters. This document was created with Win2PDF available at http://www.win2pdf.com.The unregistered version of Win2PDF is for evaluation or non-commercial use only. This page will not be added after purchasing
