All of the waivers serve either a moderate or large population. - (1915b) Provides 24-hour skilled nursing care & support to consumers who would otherwise be placed in a large institutional setting. Frequent medical interventions are provided such as: respiratory therapy, hemodialysis, special feeding requirements, IV administration of medications & wound care. FLORIDAMedicaidProgramDevelopment- 1115 Consumer Direct Care Plus - 1115 Senior Rx Program- 1915(b) Comprehensive Adult day Care Program - 1915(c) MR/DD No. 0010.91.R4- 1915(c) Frail Elders No. 0116.90.R2.04 & 0280.- 1915c Elderly/DisabledNo. 0315- 1915c Disabilities No. 0294 - (1115) Consumers receive a monthly cash allotment with which to purchase personal care benefit services such as personal care attendants or homemaker services.- (1115) This approval will permit Florida to make available pharmacy benefits to low-income Medicare beneficiaries age 65 or above with income at or between 88 percent & 120 percent of the Federal poverty level - (1915b) Provide the following services as components of the Comprehensive Adult Day Health Care Program: intake & assessment, case management, transportation, nursing services, medical direction, rehabilitation therapies, social services, day care meals and snacks, nutritional counseling, recreation therapy, personal care assistance, education, information/referral & caregiver assessments/resources.- (1915c) Receive case management & live in assisted living; renal dialysis services; skilled nursing, pest control, financial counseling & training & medication management.
